Family/ Group Session

Service Description

Our Family Coaching/Counseling is approached using an organic ethnical-based technique that is rooted within historically civilized societies. The family unit is a beautifully unique blend of generational social norms, which can become confrontational when boundary lines become blurred, causing communication to be often misunderstood. We coach families to become winning teams where each family member is straightened within their unique position to make the winning goal. Family/Group coaching sessions can be done either through telehealth or in-office location within the Atlanta area. A change in meeting location will be honored within 24 hours of service. A family/Group session of 4 members costs $350. Each additional member will cost $50. The maximum for a Family/Group session is 10.

Cancellation Policy

KTJ Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your interest in our services. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a session. 1. Refunds: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be provided. 2. Fee for Missed Appointments: A fee of $35 will be charged for any missed appointment without prior notice. 3. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your scheduled session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours you will be able to reschedule your paid session. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your session without the possibility of rescheduling or refund. All scheduled appointments will receive a confirmation notification within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications. 4. Notification Process: To cancel a session and comply with our cancellation policy, please send an email to [info@knowthyselfjourney.com] with your full name, session date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Please ensure that your cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the session's start time. 5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide the cancellation notice as outlined above and then contact us to discuss potential alternative session times. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. 6. Emergencies: We understand that life happens with the unexpected. In case of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending the scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will consider such cases on an individual basis. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to maintain a fair and consistent policy for all clients.
