Service Description

Sound Bath Meditation is an ancient concept rooted in many cultures and faith-based traditions. A sound bath is an experience likened to a spiritual cleaning immersed in sound waves that move around and through you. The sound helps to reline and balance your internal energy. Our sound bath helps with stress and anxiety; the sound moves your thoughts to settle, giving you peace of mind. 1-3 people can experience a private meditation session. Our package offer includes four (4) sound bath sessions.

Cancellation Policy

KTJ Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your interest in our services. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a session. 1. Refunds: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be provided. 2. Fee for Missed Appointments: A fee of $35 will be charged for any missed appointment without prior notice. 3. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your scheduled session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours you will be able to reschedule your paid session. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your session without the possibility of rescheduling or refund. All scheduled appointments will receive a confirmation notification within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications. 4. Notification Process: To cancel a session and comply with our cancellation policy, please send an email to [info@knowthyselfjourney.com] with your full name, session date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Please ensure that your cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the session's start time. 5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide the cancellation notice as outlined above and then contact us to discuss potential alternative session times. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. 6. Emergencies: We understand that life happens with the unexpected. In case of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending the scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will consider such cases on an individual basis. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to maintain a fair and consistent policy for all clients.
